Having a naturopathic doula is a wonderful addition to your health team during pregnancy and labour.

My doula program includes 3 prenatal visits, on-call labour support 2 weeks before your birth until
the baby is born and email/phone supports for any questions or concerns that arise
3 prenatal visits for you and your partner includes
pregnancy and birthing information
learning comfort measures and pain management techniques
forming a birth plan
naturopathic prescription for a healthy pregnancy and birth
naturopathic treatment during labour (if permitted by your health team) Labour support
support and encouragement throughout labour or the woman emotional support for partner/breaks
for birth partner information about what is happening and what your options are

Program Fee:$1500 (paid in 3 installments)

Services beyond the ones outlined above will be charged as naturopathic consultations. Any supplements or
botanical medicines will be charged separately. Those with extended health coverage can use their naturopathic
coverage towards the cost of the program. This program is intended to be an addition to Midwifery or OBGYN care.
